Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 ripe avocado
2. 1 cup plain yogurt
3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
4. 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin or 1/4 teaspoon oregano
Directions:
1. peel and chop the avocado, place in a medium bowl, then mash with a fork, stir in yogurt, lemon juice, and spice.
2. Serve with cut up raw vegetables.
