Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 (16 ounce) box fettuccine pasta, cooked
2. 2 tablespoons flour
3. 1 cup parmesan cheese
4. 1/2 cup butter
5. 1 cup light cream
6. 1 cup milk
7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
8. 1 tablespoon parsley
Directions:
1. Melt butter over low heat in large saucepan.
2. Add flour, heat until bubbly.
3. Add milk and light cream.
4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
5. Add cheese, salt and parsley.
6. Toss with fettucine.
