• 1 c Pumpkin; stewed
  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 1/2 c Cream; sweet – or canned milk
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1 tb Cornstarch
  • Salt
  • 1 ts Cinnamon; or nutmeg

Dissolve cornstarch in milk. Mix together and cook 5 minutes. Pour into crust, bake one hour.
