Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 6 boneless pork loin chops
2. 1/4 cup butter, melted
3. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4. 1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
5. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
6. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Prick pork chops with a fork.
2. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the pork chops.
3. Spoon over both sides of pork chops.
4. Place on a broiler pan; broil 4-6 inches from heat for 4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
