Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 medium fresh cauliflower
2. 1/2 teaspoon salt
3. 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
4. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5. 1/3 cup mayonnaise
6. 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
7. 1 teaspoon curry powder
Directions:
1. Cut cauliflower into floweret.
2. Cook in boiling water to cover with 1/2 t.
3. salt 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
4. Arrange cauliflower in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
5. Mix together soup, cheese, mayo, butter, and curry powder; pour over cauliflower.
6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
