Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2. 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
3. 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
4. 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries, craisins
5. 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
6. 1 cup flaked coconut
7. 1 cup pecan halves, i use pecan pieces.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
3. Press into 13 x 9 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Sprinkle coconut, cranberries, vanilla chips and pecans over the crust.
5. Pour condensed milk evenly over crust.
6. Bake@ 350 degrees for 25-28 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
7. Cool on wire rack Cut in bars.
