• 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 2 tb Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Sugar
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 4 c Potatoes (5 to 6 medium) cooked, cubed, peeled
  • 1 c Sliced celery
  • 1/2 c Chopped onion
  • 2 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill. Makes 5 cups.
