
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 2 tb Vinegar
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 ts Sugar
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 4 c Potatoes (5 to 6 medium) cooked, cubed, peeled
- 1 c Sliced celery
- 1/2 c Chopped onion
- 2 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill. Makes 5 cups.
