Chocolate Chip Cookies…..my Version!

Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2. 2 teaspoons baking soda
3. 2 teaspoons salt
4. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
5. 1 pinch allspice
6. 1 pinch nutmeg or 1 pinch mace
7. 1 1/2 cups butter, softened (no margarine)
8. 1/2 cup Crisco
9. 1 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
10. 1/2 cup white sugar
11. 4 eggs
12. 2 teaspoons vanilla
13. 4 cups chocolate chips
14. 1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
1. Sift together first six ingredients.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and crisco.
3. Beat in sugars, then eggs and vanilla.
4. Mix in dry ingredients. Mix in chocolate chips and walnuts.
5. Grease cookie sheets.
6. Drop a round ball about the size of a super ball (I use a number 40 scoop) onto cookie sheet.
7. Flatten to a disc shape.
8. Bake at 375 for 8 min or until VERY LIGHTLY browned around edges.
9. Let cool on cookie sheet abbout 1 min before moving to a cooling rack.
