Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 6 garlic cloves
2. 3 bay leaves
3. 3 jalapenos or 3 serrano peppers, chopped
4. 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
5. 1/2 cup fresh curly-leaf parsley, minced
6. 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, minced
7. 1/4 cup fresh oregano, minced
8. 1/4 cup white vinegar
9. 3 cups olive oil
Directions:
1. Make a smooth paste out of the garlic, bay leaves, pepper and salt.
2. Blend in blender with some vinegar or mash in a mortar.
3. Remove to a bowl Add parsley and oregano.
4. Whisk in vinegar and olive oil.
