Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 4 cups fresh corn, thawed if frozen
2. 1 cup extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4. 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
5. 2 teaspoons chili powder
6. 2 teaspoons ground cumin
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350^F.
2. Butter 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
4. Transfer to baking dish.
5. Bake 30 minutes until bubbly.
