Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast half, cut into strips
2. 1/4 cup egg substitute or 1 -2 egg, beaten
3. 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
4. 2 tablespoons mrs dash garlic and herb seasoning
5. oil
Directions:
1. Put egg substitute OR eggs in a bowl. In a seperate bowl combine breadcrums & Mrs Dash. Dip chicken in egg & roll in breadcrumb mixture. Saute in oil over medium-high heat for 3 mins per side or until golden brown & cooked through.
