3 Cooked Ham
3 Green Peppers
2 1/2 Flour
1/4 Mustard Powder
3/4 Cheddar Cheese
Saute the onion and green pepper in the butter.
Gradually add flour, milk and mustard.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Put the ham and potatoes in a casserole dish.
Pour sauce over. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with cheese.
Bake uncovered in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
