Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
2. 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
3. 1 cup buttermilk
4. 8 ounces Cool Whip
Directions:
1. Heat undrained pineapple and jello in a saucepan till jello is dissolved.
2. Mix in buttermilk and Cool Whip.
3. Pour into mold or bowl.
4. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
