- 1/2 c Butter
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 tb Flour
- ds Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 1 c Buttermilk
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 1 Unbaked pie shell (8 inch)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter, add sugar, beat until light and fluffy. Mix in flour and salt. Add eggs (one at a time),
then add buttermilk and vanilla. Continue beating until well combined. Pour into pie shell. Bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
