Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 2 cups sugar
2. 1 cup buttermilk
3. 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
4. 1 teaspoon baking soda
5. 1/2 cup butter (no subs)
6. 1 cup broken pecans
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT nuts in heavy saucepan.
2. Cook to soft ball stage on a candy thermometer, then 1 more notch.
3. Remove from heat and add nuts.
4. Stir for 2 minutes.
5. Pour into greased 8×8 dish.
