Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans
2. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
4. 1/2 cup sour cream
5. 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
Directions:
1. Coarsely mash half the beans by hand.
2. Add the remaining whole beans and all of the other ingredients, blending well.
3. Cover and chill.
4. Serve with tortilla chips or anything of your choice.
