1 Celery
1 1/2 Carrot

1/4 Fresh Thyme Leaves
1 Dried Thyme Leaves

2 Bell Pepper
1 Ready-To-Serve Beef Broth

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in 4-5 quart crock pot slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low setting 8-9 hours or until veggies and barley are tender.
