Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 4 pieces salmon fillets or 4 pieces salmon steaks
2. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3. 2 tablespoons liquid honey
4. 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard or 1 1/2 tablespoons grainy mustard
5. 2 teaspoons sesame oil
6. 1 -2 teaspoon sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Place salmon, skin-side down, on a foil-lined baking dish.
3. In a bowl,stir vinegar with honey,mustard and oil.
4. Spoon over salmon.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.
6. Bake in centre of 450F oven til fish flakes with a fork from 11 to 12 minutes.
7. Remove with a metal spatula; try to leave fish skin on foil.
