Ingredients for 32 servings:
1. 2 (16 ounce) containers sour cream
2. 4 -5 slices bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
3. 2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
4. 1 bunch green onion, finely chopped
Directions:
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. Refrigerate at least one hour.
4. Serve with potato chips.
5. (Thick or ruffled chips stand up to this dip better.).
