- 1 c Pineapple; crushed
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 c Water
Let come to boil in double boiler. Add 2 1/2 t. cornstarch moistened with a little cold water, cook until thick. Cool and add 2 egg whites beaten well. Put in pie shell (already baked) and cover with whipped cream.
