Ingredients for 20 servings:
1. 3 cups quick oats
2. 2 cups Splenda sugar substitute or 2 cups sugar substitute
3. 1/2 cup milk
4. 1/2 cup butter
5. 1/2 cup peanut butter
6. 3 tablespoons cocoa
7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Have all ingredients measured and ready.
2. Place sugar, milk, butter and the cocoa in pan.
3. Bring to boil.
4. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from burner.
5. Quickly, stir in the quick oats, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
6. Drop onto wax paper by round teaspoonfuls.
7. Leave to stand approximately 1/2 hour.
